We realize that there may be circumstances in which you need to return an item. While cut fabric is essentially a custom product and a challenge to guarantee, any customer who is dissatisfied with a purchase may receive a refund or exchange the item followed by valid reasons below :
Returns should be in an unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition, returns will be accepted if the items are returned within 7 days of receipt . Shipping cost for the return will be borne by the customer.
Only item purchased from HQ are entitle for refund or exchange
Please note that reasons such as “I changed my mind”,”I don’t want it anymore”, “The colour is different than the website”, will not be considered as valid grounds for a refund or exchange.
Colours displayed on the site may vary depends on the device used by customers, camera setting or lighting during photo shoot session.
We reserve the right to refuse any refund request, at our own discretion, should we determine that a customer is abusing our refund/exchange policy.
Sale items and purchases made with discount coupons or promotion price are non-returnable.
Please note :
· The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

We offer domestic and international delivery services both via POS LAJU Malaysia or CITYLINK Malaysia. Both courier service is a next day delivery service and it makes delivery on Monday – Saturday, excluding the first Saturday of every month and local public holidays.
Tracking number will be provided through email once we have shipped out your order. If you have not received your order within 3 working days, please contact order@illieya.com
Estimated Parcel Arrival
For each order, items will be received within 5-7 days. Customers will received an e-mail when item is out for delivery.
