Regardless of whether you are planning to create a general online store, or something a bit more specialized, you'll be able to find all the stocks you need by product after login. No costly inventories, no complicated online account systems to manage, we'll do it all.   • "Company" or “We” means ILLIEYA ENTERPRISE (SA0236648-A)
  • "Strategic Partners" means any company that we are collaborating from time to time and our registered agents.
  • "Services" means the service website provided by the Company pursuant to the Terms & Conditions including the provision of the Contents through the Services.
  • "Contents" means the information made available through the Services.
  • "User" means all registered and unregistered users of the Services.
  • "Registered User" means a registered User who has provided Registration Information through the Services and as requested by the Company from time to time.
  • "Registration Information" means the information pertaining to the Registered User, and which can be used to identify a specific User through personal information such as name, date of birth and email address.
  • "Terms & Conditions" means the terms of use set out henceforth which governs the Company's provision of the Services to the User.


Terms and conditions

  1. Dropship agent must proof us your channel of sales whichever you are selling the items on a website or blog or social media media websites ie; Facebook, Twitter, Google+, etc.
  2. Dropship agent must adhere to our “Return & Exchange Policy”.
  3. Dropship agent must adhere to our “Shipping Policy”.
  4. Must be 18 years old and above
  5. Upon registration, you consent to the processing described therein and warrant that all data (name, address, telephone number, debit/credit card information and email address) provided by you is accurate. This data is to fulfill your order and to communicate with you about your order.
  6. By registering with this dropship program through this website (strategic partner of Company) you’re officially entitled to be official dropship agent for the Company and at the same time eligible to promote items from Company’s strategic partners (please refer to “Strategic partners”) as drop ship agents.
  7. Your personal information is confidential. We do not rent, sell, barter or trade email address addresses. However, the courier process will cause your name, address and telephone number will expose on the courier form. In this situation, your privacy information (name, address and telephone number) is beyond of our control and we will not responsible for any leak information occurs from this.
  8. There’s commitment fee charged to you in order to keep your membership activated for the set period. To join our dropship program, you shall pay the fee as commitment or joining fee and its will not refundable.
  9. Dropshipping, or allowing a third party to fulfill orders to customers on your behalf, is generally acceptable. If you intend to fulfill orders using a dropshipper, you must always;
  10. Be the seller of record of your products;
  11. Identify yourself as the seller of your products on all packing slips and other information included or provided in connection with them;
  12. Be responsible for accepting and processing customer returns of your products; and
  13. Comply with all other terms of your seller agreement and applicable Company’s policies.
  14. The company may restrict, suspend or terminate the use of the services and your membership without notifying the user in the following instances;
  15. not following recommended selling price range.
  16. when it is likely that claims or proceedings may be brought against the Company by third parties due to circumstances that are connected to the User's use of the Services, including, without limitation, where the Services are used as a channel for worm-type viruses and spam;
  17. when it is not possible to establish contact with the User through telephone, fax and/or email;
  18. when postal mail addressed to the User is returned to the Company;
  19. when the Company deems it an emergency; and/or
  20. at the Company's sole and absolute discretion.
  21. The Company shall not bear any responsibility for any damages or losses that the User may sustain due to the User's inability to use the Services.

How it works.

  1. Login to our website and you shall see dropshipper’s pricing for all available products.
  2. Just copy our product photos from our site & the options/details for each product to your site and post it on your website or any social media platforms such as Facebook & Twitters and whatsapp. Watch our great products sell themselves.
  3. We encourage you to be creative and use some of your own descriptions in each product. Google really frowns upon duplicate content which is not good for your business or ours. Feel free to use some of our descriptions {i.e. sizes, materials, design information} but also use your own fun & creative description to make our products unique for your site and appealing to your customers.
  4. You must sell our products at recommended pricing. We are very concerns about ecosystem of our dropshippers.
  5. Most orders are shipped via Pos Laju and Citylink
  6. We will not approve and ship orders for products that are not actively available for sale on our website.
  7. We do not include any pricing for dropship orders and we can ship directly to you or your customer. Feel free to mail us your business cards to be included with your shipments. All shipments will be mailed from our operational office.
  8. Orders generally ship in 5-7 business days or less. However, holidays are generally busier and production times can be longer during the holidays. Larger orders of course can sometimes take longer as well. We realize how important it is to keep your customer happy, so please email or call us if you ever have a question about an order you have placed.
